Pocket Locket is a South Korean festival created in 2025 by Lucent Sphere, with the goal of celebrating music in a diverse and innovative space. Its first edition will take place in Seoul, on October 20, offering a unique experience that brings together live performances from the audience’s favorite artists. The event is expected to take place 3-4 times a year.

Much like iconic titles such as Dazed or Vanity Fair, the magazine seeks to push boundaries and set trends, becoming both a cultural reference and a stage where artists and brands meet in dialogue.
The Lucent Sphere selection process was created to discover and develop talent that shares the company's vision: to illuminate the world through music, art, and innovation.The selection process is open to national and international candidates, without gender restrictions, and is divided into different stages, which may vary according to the area of interest (singing, dancing, rap, acting, composition, production, or modeling).Stages of the selection process01.RegistrationCandidates must complete the official Lucent Sphere form, providing basic personal information and their area of interest. Supporting materials (recent photos, presentation videos, singing/dancing performance) must be attached to the submission.02. Initial evaluationThe casting team carefully reviews all submissions. Criteria such as artistic potential, charisma, stage presence, and authenticity are prioritized.03. In-person or online auditionsPre-selected candidates participate in a practical audition. Live performances of singing, dancing, rap, or acting may be requested. Individual interviews are also conducted to assess personality, dedication, and motivation.04. Trial trainingThose who pass the auditions undergo a period of internal evaluation. During this time, they receive lessons in singing, dancing, languages, and personal development. The goal is to observe adaptation, evolution, and teamwork.05. Final selectionAfter the complete evaluation, some candidates are chosen to become official Lucent Sphere trainees. Trainees become part of the company's training system and can be prepared for future projects, solos, or groups.
